The RD350 tri-band radar allows the measurement of subsidence, erosion, slope and topography even in areas covered by vegetation. The P band is the most important and is not available on satellite radars.
- Subsidence monitoring.
The IPT validated Radaz's subsidence measures taken in 2019 and 2020 at a mine owned by the company Votorantim. They were compared with field, geophysical and piezometric measurements. The calculation of 8 mm accuracy in the subsidence measure is presented in the article: Luebeck, D.; Wimmer, C.; F. Moreira, L.; Alcântara, M.; Oré, G.; A. Góes, J.; P. Oliveira, L.; Teruel, B.; S.
